What I appreciated the most was his honesty and professionalism. He explained clearly what would look better on the car and gave genuine advice instead of just trying to charge more. The previous work done on my wheels was very poor, so Karl had to spend much more time fixing everything properly, but he still kept the original price he quoted me. That shows he is a fair and trustworthy person.

The wheels came out better than I expected, and he even suggested adding spacers, which I believe will make the car look even nicer.
